Please review the following important setup and event details carefully.
🏕️ Tent Set-Up Information
Date: Tuesday, November 18
Set-Up Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (at the clubhouse)

Tent placement will be first come, first served, except for Platinum Sponsors, Bar Sponsors, and the Title Sponsor, who will have reserved spaces.

There will be no exceptions to this setup window.
🚗 Course & Vehicle Guidelines

You are welcome to set up on the course and hand out snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to shooters.

Absolutely no beer is allowed on the course.

Texas Game Wardens will be monitoring and anyone distributing or consuming alcohol on the course will be removed from the property.

Please bring a side-by-side or similar vehicle if you plan to move around the course.

You may use your vehicle to unload equipment, but it cannot remain on the course during the shoot.

After the shoot concludes each day, you are welcome to set up around the clubhouse or any open space available.
🍺 Beer Service Policy

Wednesday (Lunch): Beer may be served, but do not serve anyone participating in the afternoon shoot.

Thursday: Beer service may begin at 3:00 PM. Please do not serve anyone wearing an ORANGE shooter band—they must remove it before being served.

Lunch & Giveaways: Lunch will be provided by our cook teams, and gun giveaways will take place between the 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM flights both days.

🎟️ Armband Policy

Anyone on the course after 5:00 PM on Thursday must wear a red armband.

If you do not have one, you’ll be asked to purchase one—no exceptions.
