Turkey Sponsor Information

Tent Set-Up Information:
  • Date: Tuesday, November 18th
  • Set-Up Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (at the clubhouse)
    Please note: Tent placement will be first-come, first-served, with the exception of Platinum Sponsors, Bar Sponsors, and the Title Sponsor. There will be no exceptions to this time window. STAKES TO HOLD YOUR TENT DOWN ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please plan to bring sandbags, concrete, etc., for securing your tent. 
Important Guidelines:
  • Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not allowed on the course. Texas Game Wardens will be monitoring, and anyone found distributing or consuming alcohol on the course will be removed from the property.
  • Beer Service:
    • Wednesday (Lunch) – Beer can be served, but please do not serve anyone participating in the afternoon shoot.
    • Thursday – Beer service may begin at 3:00 PM; please do not serve anyone wearing an ORANGE shooter band. If they are wearing a band, they must remove it before being served.
Event Schedule & Shooter Information:
  • Lunch & Giveaways: Lunch will be provided by the cook teams, and gun giveaways will be held:
    • Wednesday: between the 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM flights
    • Thursday: After the 7:30 AM flight and between the 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM flights
  • Shooter Count:
    • Wednesday, November 19th: 306 shooters currently and rising
    • Thursday, November 20th: 642 shooters currently and rising
      You can find the exact shooter count and times on our website starting Friday, November 14th.
Transportation to the Course:
Please bring your own UTV/ATV/Side-by-Side/Cart. Your vehicle can be used for set-up and tear-down, but must remain in the parking area during the shoot for everyone’s safety.
Note: Under no circumstances should any ATV, UTV, Side-by-Side, or truck be driven on the grass around the clubhouse. Septic lines are located under this area, and driving on it may cause serious damage. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
Tent Removal:
All tents must be removed by the evening/night of November 20th. Any tent left overnight is subject to being disposed of and/or becoming the property of Jake's Clays.
Wristbands for Concert & Cook-Off:
Each Turkey Tent Sponsor will receive:
  • 8 wristbands for the cook-off and concert, valid from 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM on Thursday.
    Starting at 5:00 PM, wristbands are required for everyone in the event area, including tent staff.
  • 6 wristbands per shoot team (if applicable)– feel free to distribute unused bands to clients, customers, employees, etc.
